I was born in Virginia and have lived in 5 states. I now live in Tennessee. I live with my partner of 5 years and two teenaged boys.

Creativity has always been the anchor of my life. I have made certain that I have had a creative outlet to lean on for as long as I remember. I was in the floral industry for years. I have made many of the outfits my nieces have worn over the years. My children's bedroom has often served as my creative canvas. (Right now it is in a state of manic orange and lime green. What does that say about my psyche?) From planning parties to sewing curtains, the creative arts are dear to my life.

I am currently working in several different mediums. My canvas comes in many forms. Fabric, paper, wood, digital, or a combination of these can be found in my current endeavors.

From the political to the whimsical, I hope to cover, in a creative way, all of the ideas and attitudes that have often occupied my mind.

I like pretty things. I admit it, I am not the person that is going to have a collage that no one understands. Pretty pictures, even ones with political messages, make me happiest. I like the thought of my pretty pink box sitting on your night table filled with your secret objects. That also makes me smile.

I have also been exploring sexual themes in my arts and crafts. I am very sex positive and think that tears and laughter fit into the bedroom arts equally well.

I tend to be very female centric. I suppose that is because I am a lesbian and I express the ideas and desires that are most relevant to me. I am not purposefully neglecting the male perspective. I would delight in requests and ideas, be nice, from the male perspective.
